Long-Term Executive Management Contracts
When engaging Coors for a long-term management contract, Coors has the network connections and skill in the healthcare industry to perform complete executive team turnarounds and put leaders in place to redesign all systems & processes. As part of this process Coors will also perform DISC Assessments for each of the executive team members to create a synergistic environment for the team to achieve key outcomes.

Board Education & Advisory Services
In today’s evolving and unpredictable healthcare industry, the expectations placed on Boards are greater than ever.  With an increased need to monitor quality and profit, Boards are expected to have a greater role in the governance process.  Coors board education experts provide CEO’s, boards and nominating committees with objective assessment and counsel regarding critical governance procedures.  Coors board education consultants are there to be strategic partners and industry experts to work with boards to guide them through the level of board responsibilities.

Coors aims to make the board a strategic asset to the management team in any organization by assisting in the development of a culture of collaborative leadership.  The board’s ultimate responsibility is succession planning; our board education team ensures that CEO succession plan is seamless and tailored to the strategic needs of the organization.  Our team will partner with the board in the evaluation of competencies most desired in the future CEO, measured against the landscape, challenges and growth over the next five years.  Coors will provide an assessment of internal candidates; their strengths evaluated and compared to the needs of the organization moving forward and the potential for external search.

When the time comes to execute a succession plan, our consultants work closely with the board to evaluate finalist candidates, using a range of tools measuring leadership style, fit to the culture of the organization and benchmarking against other industry leaders. Once a choice has been made, we work with the incoming and outgoing CEO to ensure that a smooth transition is in place so that the new leader has built relationships with, and has the support of, the board, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.
